About mentoring for coaches.
Each program is tailored to the coach's specific needs, based on an in-depth analysis of their tactical style and current situation to create a development plan.
The time commitment varies depending on the coach's experience and goals, but is generally set between 3 and 5 hours per week, with follow-up sessions and adjustments based on progress.
No previous experience is necessary; our programs are designed for coaches of all levels, from beginners to developing professionals.
We conduct ongoing monitoring through regular meetings, tactical analysis of training sessions and matches, and adjustments to the plan based on the coach's progress.
